While our emphasis was in regard to Blinded Vets, this law helps qualified Disabled Vets to be exempt of co-pays. Even if you think you make too much money or have too much in savings, YOU need to check out the Benefits of this new Public Law; some-one you know may qualify! Public Law 111-163 can dramatically change the lives of Disabled Vets (whether they are Service-Connected or not) & their Caregivers!
